Our graduate scheme—the Career Development Program—is a strategic investment in the future of Air Products. For over 50 years, it has provided us with some of our top engineers and business people. In fact, many past and current leaders joined the company through the graduate program including Min Chong, Regional Vice President and General Manager for Performance Materials Asia.

All graduate recruitment is handled in-house; every application is closely assessed and considered. Selected applicants are then invited to an Assessment Center- an opportunity for you to learn more about Air Products, and for us to learn more about you through team and individual exercises. Successful applicants will be made a formal written offer.
