I have been able to take on very different roles that introduced new challenges and helped me grow and develop without needing to leave the company. In each of my assignments, I learned something new that I was able to carry with me and apply to future assignments. Besides the wonderful colleagues that make coming to work enjoyable, what I like best is being able to see how my work improves a plant’s performance and helps to make Air Products more competitive.
