DeVaughn Roberts
I wanted to take advantage of the Career Development Program. So after I graduated, I joined the company at its New Orleans, Louisiana, facility, working in customer engineering maintenance. Right now, I’m working at the company’s corporate headquarters as a customer engineering project engineer. I am surrounded by incredibly intelligent and passionate people. I never stop learning from them.
I was given full responsibility for my projects from the very beginning of my career. I can’t tell you how rewarding it feels to watch a project that I managed from Day One be installed and commissioned. And the breadth of industries that Air Products serves offers me exciting and unique challenges: One day, I may be at a steel mill; the next, a nuclear energy plant; the next, at a Dippin’ Dots’ facility.
